The Maison de Carrié White Blend is crafted from carefully selected grapes, harvested at their peak maturity to ensure the perfect balance of flavors. The Muscat grapes were the first to be picked, chosen for their intense aromatic profile and vibrant flavors. The Chardonnays and Riesling grapes followed, harvested for their crisp acidity and refreshing qualities. Next, the Vidal and Gewürztraminer grapes were picked, offering rich, ripe flavors while maintaining balance and acidity. Lastly, the Pinot Blanc was harvested with concentrated fruit flavors, adding depth to the blend. Each grape variety was fermented with a specific yeast strain, selected to enhance its varietal character and preserve the wine’s fruitiness and freshness. Once fermentation was complete, the wines were preserved, and blending trials began to create the perfect harmony.  The wine presents a bright straw color with a clear hue.

On the nose, it bursts with tropical, fruity, floral, and perfumed aromas. A lively blend of citrus and tropical fruits like pineapple, passionfruit, grapefruit, and honeysuckle leap from the glass. Subtle notes of white peach, crisp apple, and pear round out the fragrance, completing the complexity of this fruity blend.

On the palate, the wine mirrors the nose with fresh, clean, and balanced flavors of melon, tropical fruit, and citrus. Secondary flavors of honey, flowers, and white peach provide a delicate undercurrent. This light-to-medium-bodied, easy-drinking wine is off-dry, offering refreshing acidity that lingers on the finish. It’s the perfect everyday wine, great on its own or paired with light dishes.
